A house held name of the property industry who are still growing rapidly day by day, are in need of a CRM Manager. As the CRM Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development of the lifecycle, referral and promotional campaigns. You will be required to take ownership of email and SMS marketing campaigns through the primary marketing automation platform, SFMC. Within the role or CRM Manager you will be reporting to the Director of Acquisitions and play a very important role of escalating our lead and customer engagement and retention campaigns to top tier. You'll work closely with other teams within the organisation, as well as line managing an executive, on major key projects in order to deliver the best possible experience for everyone involved.

This role will allow you to further your knowledge and skills with a major leading platform within marketing automation, as well as further your CRM and email marketing skillset, allowing you to grow alongside the company itself. Key Skills
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (sfmc,) in particular Automation Studio and Journey Builder,
  • Proven record with Email and SMS Marketing,
  • Knowledge / experience with HTML / CSS,
  • Knowledge / experience with Email on Acid / Litmus,
  • Knowledge / experience of Google Analytics,
