Senior Salesforce Administrator

Essential Functions:

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities



Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment



Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks



Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades



Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations



Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests



Work with our business teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities



Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams



Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements



Participate in the evolution of Salesforce by identifying tool improvements, documenting processes, participating in testing of enhancement requests and projects; build reports, dashboards, and workflows.



Monitor data integrity (create audits to support data integrity; database de-duping and cleanup)



Able to design, configure & maintain security/sharing rules, permission sets, field level security, record level security, roles and profiles



Manage standard Salesforce releases and maintain Configuration workbook.



Gather requirements from end users.



Modify the system to increase benefits and usability.



Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features.



Handle on-going customization/ alteration of Salesforce.com.



Troubleshoot and resolve, or work with SFDC on issues that require escalation to their support team.



Research and communicate changes in upcoming versions of salesforce.com and other integrated applications.



Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization



Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes.



Proactively gather feedback from users.
