You will be working within a fast-growing organisation in the property sector who have an opportunity for a skilled CRM Manager or experienced CRM Executive to join them in a CRM Manager role. You will take ownership of CRM strategy as well as being hands on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and independently running acquisition and activation programs. You will initially be in charge of line managing two executives with views to expand your team in the near future.
This is a well-established organization with phenomenal year on year growth of which you will be a key part of. You will be working closely with other teams who will provide you with all of the support that you need as well as a close knit, family culture.
- Experience with Email, SMS, Push notifications and in app messaging.
- Experience with Marketing automation platforms such as, Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Adobe Marketing Cloud, Responsys or IBM Watson on top is an added bonus.
- Loyalty, Acquisition and Retention campaigns
- A/B Testing, optimization and reporting
- Interest with Travel, ecommerce or retail industry's.
