You will be working within a fast-growing organisation who have an opportunity for a skilled CRM Manager or experienced CRM Executive to join them in a CRM Manager role. You will take ownership of the email and SMS marketing campaigns as well as all aspects of CRM strategy and campaign management. You will have the opportunity to be hands on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, allowing you to further your knowledge and experience with this market leading platform. As well as this, you will be playing a key part in the growth of this organisation, with the change to grown and manage your own team of executives.
This is a well-established organization with phenomenal year on year growth of which you will be a key part of. You will be working closely with other teams who will provide you with all of the support that you need with as a close knit, family culture. Key Skills:
- Experience with Email, SMS, Push notifications and in app messaging.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Other Marketing Automation platform experience such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Responsys or IBM Watson (Silverpop) is an added bonus.
- Loyalty, Acquisition and Retention campaigns
- A/B Testing, optimization and reporting
- Working Knowledge of HTML
