RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities will include Administration, Project Management and Business Analysis for the client business and technical environment, in particular the Sales Administration function. Additionally, responsibilities will be to ensure that the Sales department have properly defined processes, systems and data in order to run their sales organization in a data driven manner. You will be the technology, data and process evangelist for the Sales department along with interfacing with development teams that are in charge of building out the client's internal CRM (Salesforce) capabilities.
  • Work with Bank Sales Administration functional area to coordinate sales activities in a concise manner
  • Working with Sales leaders to define the reporting insights required for the Sales organization to operate effectively
  • Management Responsibility & Oversight of Sales Team, Sales CRM System effectiveness, Sales Leads and follow up on prospects, and managing Term Sheet issuance process with customers
  • Building reports and dashboards in Salesforce and deploying these to different sales users with different visibility requirements
  • Work with the CRM Technical team to ensure the business process being utilized aligns to the CRM sales initiative
  • Lead projects that are specific to sales processes and/or reporting
  • Follow up with individual sales people to ensure that they are using the system in the prescribed manner
  • Attending Sales meetings, update the group on sales effectiveness
  • Analyzing data and making decisions that affect the initiatives on a regular basis
  • Should be ready to take charge of the Project and track activities daily




Role

  • Manage leads to sales personnel, follow up with sales personnel daily on leads/data, Involvement in Term Sheet issuance process to prospective customers
    • Scheduling LOI negotiations with Bank and customer
  • Assist in managing targeted marketing events across the U.S
  • CRM and target preparation for marketing events for sales team

Qualifications

  • Experience in the banking Sales Process
  • 5-7 years Project Management and Business Analysis
  • 3-5 years' experience working with the Salesforce
  • Understanding Salesforce capabilities and strengths
  • Willing to adapt and understand other business the banking environment
  • Good understanding of Sales process and business impact
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
