CRM Manager - London
As the CRM Manager you will be taking ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform internally and acting as the SME for the platform. You will be working hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud on a day to day basis across a range of modules including Journey Builder, Social Studio, Mobile Connect and Automation Studio. You will also have line management responsibilities over two CRM Executives.

- Experience in a CRM / Marketing Automation role
- Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Analysis / Reporting
- Leadership experience is beneficial
