As a CRM Specialist you will be working on a wide range of cross functional and international projects. This is a key role within the regional marketing team, ensuring the drive of CRM efficiency. You will also support the organisation's promotional and seasonal campaign planning and execution. Your role will require you to be analytical in order analysis campaigns and assist with reporting. Within this role you will be able to make use of your French speaking skills as you will primarily reaching and corresponding within this market.

Key Skills

- B2C CRM/Email Marketing experience

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Silverpop, Responsys, Adobe Campaign, Dotmailer etc

- French Speaking Skills (working proficiency ideally)

- Interest or background in Retail/eCommerce/Fashion
