IT Help Desk Support wanted in Maidstone for a security solutions company

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide effective technical support to internal business functions
  • Work alongside 1st line and 2nd line support agents to ensure consistent flow of information
  • Meet specific goals agreed upon with regional manager
  • In depth knowledge of x509 certification, IOT/IOE and surrounding technologies
  • Work as part of a team whilst demonstrating initiative
  • Support and mentor fellow IT support colleagues
  • Responsible for maintaining incident model documentation and Major incident dashboard

  • Experience with 1st line support and 2nd line support
  • Familiar with information technology infrastructure library framework
  • Experience working in a technical support industry
  • Knowledge and experience using Microsoft office tools
  • Knowledge of the MIAT support process and escalation process
  • Working knowledge of JIRA
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
