Technical Salesforce Lead

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Participate in customer interaction and ability to work well in onsite-offshore model
  • Strong SDLC & Quality process experience
  • Responsible for module design.
  • Code/develop applications to program specifications, code review and follow-up.
  • Write unit test code, using tools and writing test cases
  • Manage all performance issues
  • Support deployed solutions (debugging and fixing problems)
  • Low level estimation of projects
  • Adhere to agreed time frames
  • Meeting agreed standards and best practices
  • Take-up complete ownership of the work assigned in terms of quality and timeliness.


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualification
  • Minimum 3 year hands on experience in Trigger, Apex, Visualforce and Web service(both SOAP and REST)
  • Minimum 3 year hands of experience in Salesforce.com configuration
  • Working knowledge onforce.comsites will be an advantage.,Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs.
  • com Architecture, Design, Development, Administration and Operational Support required.
  • Strong web development skills including JSON,XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX
  • Good to have Salesforce Certifications - Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II
  • Any architect level certification will be a big plus
  • Any experience in marketing cloud will be a big plus
