As an CRM Customer Loyalty & Retention Consultant you will an essential part of this organisation's CRM marketing practice. You will be working with a team of experienced and qualified consultants to consult major stakeholders of top tier organisations on the best practices of CRM Marketing and strategies. You will also be involved with the hands on deployment of multichannel loyalty, retention and acquisition marketing campaigns. As well as this you will also be involved in creating complex customer journeys with a wide range or different organisations.

Key Skills:
  • Experience within building CRM strategy
  • Experience of hands on multichannel campaigns deployment
  • Knowledge on the following platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe campaign, Adestra, Silverpop IBM Watson, CheetahMail, Responsys)
  • Experience speaking with stakeholders (Strong communication skills)
