CRM Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Manchester
An enterprise level organisation who are continuing to grow, are in need of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud focused CRM Manager. Your role is crucial to making sure CRM Marketing Campaigns are delivering ROI and creating loyal cutomers. Your role will also be analytical to draw analysis from campaigns and help with reporting. There is a strong element of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to this role so you will be able to utilise and enhance your experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder and AMPscript primarily as well as other functions and modules within SFMC.

They will also allow you to enhance your Email Marketing/CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud skillset further as they have projects which will enable you to maximise and stretch your SFMC knowledge further. There is a chance to not only progress quickly but also eventually to build a team alongside you in the near future, although this role will be one of the first to feature SFMC in their Manchester office so you can have free reign on SFMC operations and how it is run within the business.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (use of the modules e.g. Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder etc)
- Email/CRM Marketing experience including customer lifecycles and journeys
- AMPscript/SQL highly beneficial
