Sales Manager - Salesforce ISV Partner - Chicago, Illinois



My Client, a Salesforce ISV partner that specializes in release management software, is ideally looking for an experienced SaaS Sales Manager to join their team in Chicago.


In this position you will:
  • Identify and manage new business sales opportunities in assigned region
  • Leverage an effective approach to drive awareness, build advocacy, and engage in account planning
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners and supporting teams to drive new business
  • Lead a team of Account Executives and help achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas
  • Contribute to creating, improving, and executing the Sales Process
  • Manage and grow Account Executive team




Requirements:
  • Previous Sales Management experience within the Salesforce Ecosystem
  • Previous experience achieving both individual as well as team quotas
  • Previous experience managing and expanding a team of Account Executives
  • Previous experience creating and implementing Sales Processes
