Salesforce Analyst- Austin, TX!
This client is looking for a Saleforce Salesforce Analyst to join their team and work with the business to gather, analyze and map out requirements for the deployment of new enhancements within their Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively and across functions, including Sales, Technical Service, Customer Service, Finance, etc.Core functional responsibilities include:
Understand and gather complex business needs from a diverse set of stakeholders and effectively compile and document these into business features necessary for systems design, development and implementation
Serve as Sales & Distribution subject matter expert and administrator for Salesforce.com
Partner with Training and Business Intelligence team(s) to increase visibility of CRM data, improve sales processes & drive user adoption.
Provide day-to-day support to our rapidly growing pool of almost 500 users on incidents, work with the technical teams on problem resolution
Develop and execute detailed communication and implementation plans to ensure minimal disruption
Effectively radiate information to business stakeholders
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance sales and marketing productivity by evaluating current state and recommending process improvementsQualifications:
Salesforce.com administrator experience preferred, including 3 + years of Salesforce.com experience
Knowledge of Sales and Distribution a plus
Ability to communicate effectively with IT and business colleagues at all levels of the organization
In-depth knowledge of requirements development, information systems, and business process design
Demonstrated ability to deliver quality results with minimal direction
Ability to forge relationships, collaborate and work well as a team player
Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience working on project teams and a solid understanding of the typical roles and responsibilities (Agile or Waterfall)
Excellent attention to detail while also having the ability to understands the big picture
Strong data management and analytical skills
Time management and organizational skillsPreferred Experience and Education:
CRM Admin certification
