Tasks and responsibilities
  • You have an affinity for data
  • Understand both the operational impacts and the marketing uses of data
  • You will be responsible for the analysis of our clients' first party data across multiple silos and platforms
  • Web analytics (Google, Adobe), Marketing Automation (Eloqua, Pardot, Adobe Campaign), Offline and Multi-Channel Marketing will be used to understand customers need
  • You will build dashboards applicable to their marketing teams' needs that paint a clear story of where they are at the moment, where they could be going, and any missed market opportunities
  • Provide insight into developing messaging that resonates with our clients' customers
  • Provide insight into market trends, affinities and purchasing behavior
  • Develop predictive models using both first- and third-party data

  • Experience in CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience in Marketing Automation Reporting (Eloqua, Pardot, …)
  • Experience in BI required (Oracle and/or Microsoft)
  • High degree of accuracy; logical thinker, strategic mind-set
  • Customer-centric mindset & attitude
  • Comfortable presenting to and interacting with clients directly
