This open position is for a Salesforce Administrator in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This role is a contract position for 6 months with the chance to extend. The contract is full time, 40 hours per week, and pays $55/Hr corp to corp. In this role you will be required to:

-Proactively seek out, identify and implement needed system changes

-Manage all changes rolled out to Salesforce ensuring that all users understand changes prior to rollout

-Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, triggers, validations and other salesforce.com objects and functions, including creating custom objects when necessary

-Monitor and improve data quality

-Manage third party integrations being used in Salesforce

An ideal candidate will have:

* Background administering Salesforce for a media organization with admin certified (ADM201 and ADM211)

* Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption

* Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content

* Successful history of driving projects to completion

* Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
