A leading provider in the community of environmental services is seeking a Salesforce CRM expert to lead the solutions-driven team of 3 and help double the head count as well as implement the platform across the business! This management position will still be heavily hands-on with the platform and will work directly with business stakeholders and C-Suite as their investing more money into the platform and it's up to you to upgrade/ enhance/ implement on top of the platform to drive the business forward.



This is a rare role to take a step up in your career to be the decision maker but also keep being hands-on with the platform! Rarely do candidates step into a role working directly with C-suite and make an impact but you have the opportunity to utilize your expertise on best practices and strategize at a higher level!



This role will be the main person in charge of implementing new functions in Salesforce for the organization and will be looked at pretty highly if successful. There are about 15000 Salesforce users and you and your team will be the evangelists to drive that utilization further!



This is a role for a seasoned Salesforce expert so only apply if you meet the requirements below:

*5+ years' of Salesforce experience

*Leadership/ management/ mentorship experience

*Working directly with business stakeholders or C-level executives

*Working with Fortune 100+ companies, or companies with over 5K employees

*5+ years' of experience as a Technical Manager

*5+ years' of experience with technical implementation of CRM projects

*In-depth knowledge of CRM best practives

*Experience meeting and presenting with C-level executives

*Excellent verbal and written communication are a must



The client is offering up to $170K for a candidate like this and is even willing to go above if you have more experience than required.
