Sales Manager - Salesforce ISV Partner - Chicago, IL



My client, a Salesforce Gold ISV Partner, is looking to bring on a Sales Manager to hire, build out and manage a team of Account Executives.



Responsibilities:

-Source, hire and train a team of Account Executives

-Coach AEs on sales strategy, conduct weekly team meetings

-Lead team to meet/exceed quotas

-Help lead client meetings



Requirements:

-Experience in both a quota carrying individual contributor and sales management role

-Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem

-Proven track record of exceeding quotas

-Strong communication and relationship management skills
