Mason Frank has partnered with a Research Investment Firm located in Downtown Montreal. The candidate will administer the client's Salesforce and Pardot platforms and ensure that they are capitalizing on it's features and benefits. They are seeking someone with excellent technical and communciation skills. The candidate will be responsible for basic updates to mid-size improvement projects.



Salesforce Admin Responsibilities:
  • Seeking out, identifying and completing improvements and customization of the Salesforce platform.
  • Gather feedback from users and seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience.
  • Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other Salesforce objects and functions.
  • Provide support and user training.
  • Roll out new releases.
  • Complete data migrations, data maintenance and insure data quality.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards and provide data to Sales Directors.




Marketing Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Use Salesforce/Pardot CRM to execute marketing campaigns and manage customized journeys.
  • Create marketing campaigns through different avenues such as email blasts, mail-outs, SEO, web, etc.
  • Develop and support effective lead generation processes.
  • Corporate reports: Develop monthly sales and campaign reports for Senior Management/Executives. Analyze campaign effectiveness, conduct post-campaign analysis. Develop standardized sales and renewal reports.




Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Admin experience (Certifications are preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities using custom code and/or integration with external systems.
  • Experience using Pardot for marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Experience with email marketing techniques and driving engagements.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
