This role will be based out of their office in London. The ideal candidate is someone who can work well in a team, focused on maximizing efficiency and dedicated to giving a world class customer service.



Key responsibilities
  • Support of Salesforce users including roles, profiles and permissions etc
  • Configuration of changes to the system including managing workflow and process flows
  • Logging and tracking problems through to resolution
  • Working with various stakeholders to make continual improvements to the system based on new requirements and user feedback
  • Standard Admin duties i.e. Dashboards and reports


Skills required
  • Admin certification (ADM201)
  • Experienced in working with both sales and service cloud
