As a Senior Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, with extensive consulting experience, helping your clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. In this role, you will be engaged in digital transformation projects for a variety of clients, where you will act as a lead consultant in building solutions for business challenges in a sales and/or service context. You will typically be involved in project phases, with a strong focus on understanding business objectives, identifying possible solutions, these solutions will rely heavily on technology e.g. a Salesforce implementation or another CRM platform.
Responsible for track deliverable
Participation in project design and proposal work
Support and coach business analysts, management consultants and peers
Staying up-to-date about market, business and technical evolutions and actively share your knowledge with your team
With a technology consulting background, you will have a demonstrable track record and proven implementation experience. To succeed in the role, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and extensive knowledge with Salesforce or other relevant technologies. As a person you have a high level of work-drive, where you constantly seek to improve the quality of your work and results.
The successful candidate will have:
2-4 years of experience from a top tier strategy or technology consulting firm.
Deep understanding and experience on Salesforce best practices or another CRM platform
Experience with strategic management and implementation of IT projects in CRM
Ability to communicate ideas effectively, both verbally, in writing and visually
A strong commercial mindset, seeking to improve sales and profitability of our customers
Characterized by a high level of drive and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish
Bachelor or master's degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
