Salesforce Support Analyst- Oxford- £40,000

This prestigious giant utilise Salesforce CRM as a focal part of their business functions where the Salesforce team require additional hands on support. This role will be aiding in the ongoing enhancement and implementation projects on Salesforce supporting the Sales, Marketing and Customer Services teams globally. Responsibilities are varied with hands on Salesforce Administration, Business Analysis and project focused work so an ideal opportunity for a candidate who is driven and keen to advance their skills.

Key requirements:

- Commercial Salesforce Administration experience

- Confident in liaising with stakeholders and gathering requirements

- Experience with systems maintenance

- Passionate about Salesforce with eagerness to learn

- Salesforce certification desirable

- Excellent communication skills
