Salesforce Business Analyst- New York- 150k
Our New York based client is looking to add a Salesforce Business Analyst to the their growing team. This role will be responsible for leading technology solutions for customers using the newest technology. You will be the main contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the entire project lifecycle, working closely with the solution architect, developers and QA to efficiently deliver scalable solutions
This is an exciting position for a growing Salesforce partner, where you will be able to learn from some of the brightest minds in the Salesforce eco-system, while attaining multiple certifications and a variety of experience
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and build functional specifications
- Analyze various business and technological problems and propose solutions through business analysis
- Manage user experience improvements
- Plan and lead operation, technology, and business changes for various projects
- Develop strong relationships with clients, keeping them engaged for the full lifecycle project
- Manage Stakeholders and support data-driven decision making in a timely manner
- Manage post-release support
- Support training sessions for end users
- Track issues from day to day activities, making sure all entered data is up to date and accurate
- Several years of business analyst or functional analyst experience as well as full project lifecycle delivery
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Communities,
- CPQ experience highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills as well ability to be an individual contributor
- Ability to create innovative solutions as well strong communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder management and mediating conflicting views
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to independently create high quality deliverables
