* Work across functions to analyze customer success, marketing and sales data. Generate regular pipeline, revenue forecast, account development, and retention reports for company leadership People & Enablement
* Team-member Onboarding
* Salesforce and Hubspot Administration: Contribute to administration of Salesforce and Hubspot to provide visibility into business metrics and drive efficiency Qualification Profile:
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Business Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Customer Success Operations role
* Prior experience with Salesforce.com and Hubspot (or similar marketing automation platform).
* Experience with other Sales, CS, or Marketing productivity tools a plus.
