Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst - New York City

Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a working knowledge of multiple Salesforce clouds and CRM platforms who possess the ability to manage a team, delegate, take initiative, and execute tasks timely and successfully.

Job Description: The Salesforce Administrator/BA is responsible for managing the day to day configuration, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform, as well as delegating tasks when necessary and providing technical support to the end user. Additionally candidate must be well adept to compile business requirements and processes.


-Build, configure, and customize Salesforce platform

-Integrate with existing systems and implement 3rd party applications

-Create custom page layouts for business, customer, and prospect profiles

-Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data accuracy and integration

-Manage cleansing of existing data

-Act as primary point of contact for end user

-Gather business requirements

-Develop and maintain essential documentation

-Perform ongoing system administration (maintaining user roles, security settings, profiles, workflow rules, and data integrity

-Provide technical insight and expertise on integration with Salesforce and any potential applications being evaluated


-Significant experience with Salesforce CRM platform and multiple Salesforce implementation projects

-Must have financial services experience

-Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred

-Excellent written and communication skills

-Ability to work independently while also managing multiple projects

-Ability to create clear procedures and system documentation
