My client is actively searching for a skilled Business Development Executive to help drive demand generation efforts for their leading UK software company based in Central London.



The company in question are a Workplace Risk, Compliance & Health and Safety software partner who have received a considerable investment in recent months in order to build out their sales team-in order to do this they are looking for a Business Development Executive to both build relationships with potential prospects and also generate and nurture leads, as well as targeting clients of the company competitors in order to try and replace them. They're looking with people who have a background in lead nurturing within a software environment, but a greater emphasis is being placed on soft skills here-relationship building being an important part.



In terms of the role itself-there will be an expectation to be in the office (in Central London) for the first 4-6 weeks, however after that point there is scope for you to undertake a part remote working position. They are offering an above market standard package of up to £35k basic dependent on experience, allied with a £10k commission structure-totalling a very realistic £45k OTE.



Along with the package, the progression options for this role are outstanding. You'll be in a position to move into a Sales Executive position if you hit your targets consistently, which will entail you working a full 360 sales cycle. After this there are options to progress even further into working at Enterprise level-which means bigger deal sizes and even more commission.

  • A personable character, with strong rapport and relationship building skills
