CRM Manager (Pardot) - London

You will be working for a fast growing start-up that are already well established and have a great social mission behind what they do which is really making a difference in the world. There is a very autonomous culture within this business and particularly in this role as this will be a key hire and will be a senior position within the marketing team. This business also operate with a lot of flexibility and offer the opportunity to work from home twice per week as well as the opportunity to work abroad for up to a month if needed. The culture on the team is very driven and collaborative with everyone pulling together to achieve results.

As the CRM Manager you will be taking ownership of Pardot internally and playing a leading role in the roll-out of the platform. You will also be taking ownership of Salesforce for this global business. The purpose of your role will not only be to manage the implementation but also to develop and implement the CRM strategy. As this business is a fast growing start up, you will need to also be comfortable being hands-on with Pardot on a daily basis as well.
