VP of Sales - Salesforce ISV Partner - San Francisco, CA



My client, a Salesforce ISV Partner, is looking to bring on a Vice President of Sales in their San Francisco office.



Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage all sales professionals in the organization including SDR/BDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Directors

-Hire a certain amount of sales professionals within the first year

-Set company wide sales goals and lead teams to meet/exceed these goals

-Develop sales training programs

-Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations teams



Requirements:

-Experience in technology sales in both an individual contributor and sales management role

-Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem

-SaaS sales experience

-Proven track record of exceeding quotas

-Strong communication and relationship management skills
