An established & respected Brisbane based travel company with an excellent company culture and office dynamic requires a Customer Marketing Manager.

This newly created role will bring the firms established database of customers together, and drive the Customer engagement strategy to power businesses growth. This role is responsible for the full customer lifecycle, using the established Salesforce Marketing Cloud system.

What you'll be working on
  • Improving overall Customer Marketing Strategy
  • Further implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud into the business to utilise the system to its full capability.
  • Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deploy marketing campaigns.
  • Working on eDM campaign deployment
  • Improving current Customer Loyalty Program
  • Setting up relevant data triggers for optimized customer journey

Experience Required
  • Extensive experience in data driven customer marketing experience, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience through the full customer life-cycle
  • Proven experience in customer loyalty & retention programs to drive customer engagement
  • Excellent Marketing Automation knowledge
