Sales Operations Analyst - SFDC


The Salesforce Analyst / Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day support of our CRM platform to ensure operational stability, data integrity and user adoption.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 400+ users
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user management, reports and dashboards, data updates, account team management and other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases
  • Complete configuration tasks as assigned, including testing, documentation & training, in sandbox environment
  • Perform quality assurance testing of various team initiatives
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Complete tasks as assigned to improve data quality and integrity




Looking for somebody with - ADM201 certification and 3+ years of Salesforce Admin experience
