Salesforce Functional Consultant- Midtown Manhattan- 100-110K- Partial Remote Flexibility



Mason Frank has partnered with a growing Salesforce partner looking to expand their team in NYC. The ideal candidate will have extensive requirement gathering and configuration experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to determine business and functional requirements
  • Translate client requirements into design documents
  • Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform for a wide array of industries and use cases
  • Lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
  • Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, demos, estimating and project planning)
  • Provide mentorship to fellow team members



Requirements

  • 2+ working with Salesforce.com prefered
  • Must be able to multi-task as you will regularly be working with several clients at once
  • Salesforce certification a plus. Ideally Salesforce Certified Sales or Service Consultant certification
  • Must have experience working with multiple client instances of Salesforce and must have lead an implementation of Salesforce (ideally Service Cloud)
  • Extensive experience with designing and developing solutions with multiple custom objects
  • Proficient with creating complex validation rules, process builder and workflows, and flow
  • Ability to design complex for complex security requirements (Roles, Profile, Sharing Settings)
  • Experience with Service Cloud or Field Service Lightning a plus
  • Experienced in data analysis and migration of CRM data
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills
  • Well organized, results driven and eager to handle difficult problems
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with people including project stakeholders and project team members
  • Proactive desire to continue to broaden and deepen business and consulting skills
  • Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and analytical and problem-solving skills
