  • Work with clients to drive campaign execution and operations
  • Own end-to-end management of marketing campaigns
  • Design/localize, automate and optimize regional demand generation campaigns through Marketo
  • Data management (list segmentation, segmentation analysis, list management, data flow between Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platform, lead process management)
  • Build, manage and maintain reports/ dashboards within Salesforce CRM
  • Automate and improve data integrity and operations
  • Strategically Partner with clients on all of their digital marketing automation efforts
  • Develop and enhance service delivery and methodologies for working with Marketo customers to increase the strategic and business value they achieve using Marketo

  • Strong familiarity and ability to utilize marketing automation tools including Marketo, SFDC to report on performance, manage attribution, manage telecalling follow-up processes, end-to-end campaign management etc.
  • Be able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
  • Be able to work fully remotely and complete projects on time and within budget
  • Quantitative experience
  • Hands-on experience with dash boarding and reporting, involving datasets and multiple data sources
