Title: Salesforce Solution Architect
  • Will be responsible for working with both the business and technical team to take the requirements and goals of the project and translate them in a design and road map of this implementation/transition.
  • Perform detailed white board sessions with team, always advising on best practices and providing technical and subject matter expertise about the project/Service Cloud platform.
  • Perform both advisory and hands on work with the platform (aside from actually performing custom development)
  • Eventually transition into an advisory position.

Skill Requirements:

Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience working with Service Cloud, specifically in an implementation capacity acting as a Solution Architect.
  • Implementation experience on an enterprise sized/complex system (comparable to the 2000+ end-users effected in this project)
  • Be both business facing and technical as to understand the parameters of the project but also be able to work with the technical team to execute work.
  • Strong documentation and white boarding experience
  • Ability to perform hands on work during the project (this is not a high-level/strategy only focused position, the ideal candidate while have ascended from a technical background)
  • Experience with integration tools (SOAP/REST API)

Soft Skills:
  • Extremely collaborative with all levels of the business and project team
  • Strong Communication skills - can effectively drive initiatives, pushing back against "walls", while also not being discouraged when confronted with non-negotiables.
  • Ability to think, work, design and communicate on both a granular and high-level plains. Understanding which is necessary at one time and prioritizing tasks as necessary.
