About the Role

The Technical Architect will manage a portfolio of complex customer platform integrations to deliver sophisticated enterprise software solutions to the world's leading companies. They will provide operational leadership and act as a customer advisor while engaging customers on-site and remotely and coordinating multiple international teams. The Technical Architect plays an essential role in ensuring that complex integration projects are delivered on time and on-budget and requires a unique mix of hands-on execution, project management, savvy customer management, and drive to champion value at customers

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Strategy & roadmap: collaborate with product director, regional teams and COE, to deliver product strategy and build short and long-term product plans
  • Architecture and governance: provide and enforce best practices and standards on the design and development of CRM application solutions with focus on meeting new and emerging CRM
  • Technical leadership: Design, enable, and provide common capabilities; Catalog and share common functional modules to accelerate the development process
  • Lead prototyping and research/evaluate new concepts; contributing to the growth of the sales platform
  • Oversee and provide technical direction to Salesforce delivery partner
  • Understanding of data management concepts like MDM, data quality management, data governance

Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience
  • 5+ years in a management position - strategic planning, managing global teams in a matrixed environment, vendor management
  • Experience with community cloud, Einstein analytics and related Salesforce products
  • Experience with Eloqua or a similar marketing automation tool is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce certification is a plus
  • Experience using cloud integration technology like Informatica

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Engagement/Integration Management, Project Management, Management Consulting, or Enterprise Software participating in and leading large, complex projects within an enterprise-wide environment.
  • Experience with CRM solutions, sales and sales operations processes, and SaaS technologies exposure to sales in Fortune 500 companies
