The opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly skilled Enterprise Level Sales Executive to join a rapidly expanding Workplace Health and Safety Software provider based in the City of London. The company has recently received a significant sum of investment, and as such is looking to build out its sales team in order to drive sales and growth within the UK region. Their product is a state of the art offering with a great degree of functionality-one which is already gaining a great degree of traction across the market in recent times.



As you will be joining a growing organisation, you will be expected to take an active role in leading from the front and upskilling the more junior members of the team when not out in the field meeting prospects and closing business. The company have instilled something of a "start-up" culture-a largely relaxed environment but with an ambitious edge-only highly motivated individuals with a great deal of initiative need apply.



The role will be UK wide in nature, however you will be given a degree of flexibility around time spent in the field and in the office, so long as you are willing to have contact time with the rest of your team at regular intervals. You will also have pre sales and lead generation resources available, in order to make sure that you have as much time and support as necessary to hit your targets. Deal sizes are typically between the £150-£250k mark, with sales cycles on the shorter end-usually between 4-6 months-which will ensure a steady stream of commission should you be successful in closing deals.



As far as package is concerned-they are offering an exceptionally generous basic of up to £70k (dependent on experience) with a very achievable double OTE structure-there is also very strong potential for share options once the initial probationary period has been passed. This only serves to highlight how crucial this position is to the company's future vision, and as such they are looking for the best of the best.







Key Requirements:
  • A proven track record in Enterprise level sales
  • Ideally SaaS sales experience - However other tech sales experience is a plus
  • A knowledge of the Property vertical would be a distinct advantage
  • Ambition to join a start-up environment and lead a sales team by example
  • Willingness to travel around the UK as and when required
