Main duties and responsibilites are:-
  • Gather and document requirements, implement, test and document configuration changes to the Salesforce.
  • Configure and iterate products, pricebooks and quotes.
  • Work within our corporate quotation tools, and support integrated reporting.
  • Leverage a combination of data quality software and Salesforce tools to identify and fix data discrepancies across the system (Accounts, Contacts, Activities, etc.)
  • Review and compare external data sets to CRM database - import and update records.
  • Update training documentation and other supporting materials, follow standards and store documents centrally.
  • Provide routine support to end-users. Common examples include - entering new accounts, updating contacts, running, exporting and formatting reports; provide brief demos.
  • Build and modify a range of reports & dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Finance and other groups.
  • Analyze sales data and provide fit-for-purpose metrics for executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Support system enhancement projects by taking responsibility for specific configuration and security-related tasks.
  • Implement sales automation features to improve efficiencies and downstream intelligence.
  • Support all integrations (Outlook, Marketing automation, etc.)
  • Test, validate, and document all system changes.
