A 2 billion-dollar start up in Boston is looking to add on a Salesforce Release Manager to their rapidly growing team! This person would be responsible for the entire Salesforce release process including Salesforce delivery, Salesforce support, and spot/hot fix releases.
This will be 1 or 2 people with full system administrator rights in Salesforce. The Release Manager will also need to be a cross-functional resource to collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure that the company is running releases in coordination with those teams. Finally, this personal would be responsible for ensuring that they are SOX Compliant! This is an individual contributor role but would be moving into a management role in the future!

Requirements for the role:
*Salesforce experience would be preferred
*Strong communication skills
*Strong documentation skills
*Ability to look at new vendors for releases and use their customized tool
*Coding background would be preferred, doesn't have to be in Apex nor VisualForce
*Ability to deliver and complement in weekly and bi-weekly sprints
*Ability to work cross-functionally with the engineering department
*Ability to look at code and be able to identify mistakes
*Work closely with stakeholders
