  • Effective participation in discovery workshops and able to conduct research, formulate questions, understand the client needs and project goal
  • Review assigned business processes end to end and manage all requirements
  • Identify and address operational, financial and technological risks
  • Work closely with project Development, Integration and QA team at offshore
  • Assists the implementation team with issue resolution by documenting, prioritizing, reporting, evaluating, researching and resolving impacting issues
