Account Executive-Professional Services-Salesforce ISV-£100k + OTE



The opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Account Executive to join a rapidly expanding Salesforce ISV with a particular focus on Professional Services.



The company in question are an award winning Salesforce ISV who have experienced a massive 25% growth within the last year-they also have offices in over 10 different locations worldwide, and as such have a truly global reach. They have experienced a great deal of success in other geographies, and are looking to capitalise on this and make inroads into the UK market-where they are already experiencing a greater level of demand than they can currently meet.



As such, they are looking for a skilled Account Executive with a pre-existing Professional Services background and relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem to help fulfil the current demand, as well as seeking out new revenue opportunities within the market in order to drive their planned expansion within the region.



You will be selling into a UK wide client base, with a "land and expand" remit-you will be onboarding new accounts as well as managing them after. This role will be focused primarily on the Financial Services sector-typically targeting companies at Mid-Market to Enterprise level. You will be expected to attend sales meetings at the company offices in Central London on occasion-however you will be given a great degree of freedom as to how you manage your diary, with flexible working conditions on offer for the right candidate. You will be selling into deal sizes typically within the £100k-£300k range, with sales cycles around the 3-6 months mark. This role is more about building quality long lasting relationships-and so the company's approach is very much geared towards the longer term, with the successful applicant encouraged to bring ideas to the table and lend their expertise in order to drive the company forward.



As such, they are looking for people with a strong Financial Services background-as well as experience selling at Enterprise level-pre-existing knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem is also a must. A generous basic salary of up to £100k is on offer (dependent on experience) with an achievable Double OTE structure-totalling an OTE of £200k should you be successful in hitting your targets.

Key requirements for the role are as follows;
  • Proven success selling Professional Services
  • Pre-existing experience of the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong experience within the Financial Services vertical (preferred but not essential)
