Business Development Executive-Salesforce ISV-up to 23k + OTE

My client is looking for a driven and engaging Business Development Executive to work out of their brand new offices in the Central London area.

The company in question are a Salesforce ISV with a very unique offering-a SaaS software solution based on the Salesforce platform that is specific to the property vertical. This is a great chance for a junior salesperson to cut their teeth in sales, as well as making their first steps into the Salesforce arena.

You will be expected to work out of the company's Central London offices 5 days a week, and will be tasked with generating appointments for the sales team to close. Full on the job training will be provided, however a willingness to pick up the phone and the drive to hit your number will be crucial to your success in the role. As the company are in a stage of growth and are currently building out their sales team, this is an ideal time to join-with progression options into a Team Leader position on offer if you hit your targets consistently.

A basic salary of up to £23k is on offer (dependent on experience)-with an achievable uncapped commission plan which accumulates your earnings based on the number of contracts you sell. This is a great opportunity for you to maximise your earning potential and is rather unique commission plan within the market.

Key requirements for the role are as follows:
  • Pre-existing experience in a Business Development/Telesales capacity
  • A confident and personable phone manner-able to discuss business challenges with all levels of a business up to C level
  • An ambitious nature, coupled with a real sense of drive, in order to maximise the opportunity the role provides
