Senior Salesforce Administrator - Norwalk, CT-- $120K

My client, a leading data and software company, is looking for innovative thinkers to bring their skillsets to a Salesforce Administrator role. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will oversee my client's Salesforce.com ecosystem and work closely with the Technology team.

Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Establish and manage object, field, formula, and layout management, custom reports and dashboards
  • Regulate ongoing support requests and needs of users
  • Organize the security model
  • Expand and support validation rules, custom workflow, process builders, and flows
  • Use innovative thinking to recommend best practices
  • Develop rapport with internal customers
  • Implement new applications and updates to existing applications by working with a change management (SDLC)

The Ideal Candidate must have these qualities and skills:
  • Customer focused. Internal and external customer are our top priority. You need solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to collaborate effectively. You will be working on a team with engineers, business admins in building an efficient, productive system
  • Take initiative. Use opportunities and capitalize on them by establishing new and effective ways to make an impact on the company
  • Certified in or actively working towards Advanced Level Salesforce Admin
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce
  • Moderate experience with Salesforce Lightening
  • Able to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
  • Implementation or configuration experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Billing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical background
  • Has worked with SOQL querying, Apex programming language, Visualforce development
  • Motivated to drive projects or issues to completion
