Mason Frank International is working with a growing Salesforce End User based in Melbourne who are looking for a CRM Manager to help grow there Australian Practice. This company has an amazing culture and is lead by some of the best Salesforce professionals in the business.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage project resources and successfully deliver process improvements
  • Maintain the highest level of data integrity and security systems
  • Develop and enhance Salesforce dashboard reporting
  • Create and lead internal training to empower users and increase adoption
  • Generate customer engagement strategies utilising current Salesforce products

Skills & Qualifications
  • 2 - 5 year's experience in a similar role
  • Salesforce certified Administrator ADMIN 201
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, Classic and Lightning experience
  • Demonstrates consistent strong performance to demonstrate reliability
  • Experience leading a team and engaging with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication & people skills
