Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage team of consultants and developers on a project,
  • Being part of the team delivering most complex, biggest and innovative applications based on top-notch cloud solutions,
  • People Management - recruiting and building your own team,
  • Supervising end to end Salesforce projects delivery,
  • Development of business requirements and functional designs to effectively shape Salesforce solutions,
  • Build integration solutions between the CRM platform and other client's systems architecture,
  • Advising clients in implementation of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud),
  • Managing business development opportunities of new projects and partnering in pre-sales activities.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in team management,
  • Experience with Saslesforce- 1 year preferrably,
  • Experience in design and documentation of business process,
  • Ability to develop business requirements and functional designs to effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements,
  • Experience in designing solution architecture,
  • Ability to facilitate requirements and design sessions,
  • Fluency in English.
