Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of Marketing Operations processes and programs (e.g. marketing automation upgrades, CRM enhancements, lead scoring, campaign tracking, etc.)
  • Admin the Marketo/SF platform
  • Act as liaison between Marketing & our technology partners, working to articulate marketing business problems, develop use cases, and deliver business requirements to our partners
  • Responsible for database optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within CRM and Marketing Automation databases
  • Act as the central hub for all marketing needs/teams

Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience, preferably in a high growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Expertise with Marketo and Salesforce with a deep understanding of how to optimize the infrastructure, workflows, and reporting.
  • Understanding of database management, segmentation, lead scoring models, global email regulations (GDPR, CANSPAM, etc)
