- Work closely with all clients and manage accounts for services delivered
- Plan, manage and deliver on going enhancements
- Run sprint processes
- Project planning, project management and project quality
- Build strong trust-based relationships with clients
- At least 2 years' experience in e-commerce
- Must have previous client facing experience
- Experience delivering implementations
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques
- Team player and positive attitude
