An extremely well known client in the Information technology industry is recruiting a Salesforce System Administrator in the information administration department. You will be responsible for the successful deployment, implementation and ongoing administration of the company's Salesforce CRM system. You will drive the direction, functionality and support of Salesforce and related systems throughout the company. The position provides the opportunity to influence change across functional departments and develop best practices and business process.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans
- Build and maintain customs layouts, complicated workflows, reports, and personalized dashboards
- Maintain overall system configuration
- Provide Salesforce user training
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and Salesforce administrator certification preferred.
Financial industry experience and project management experience
Ability to work flexible hours and balance multiple projects
Minimum of two years' experience with Salesforce.com administration/development
