Role & Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the project team on tasks prioritisation, solution design, requirements, implementation activities and analysis
  • Communicate with the business and key stakeholders on developing business requirements.
  • Document detailed business, functional & technical requirements.


Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in using business analysis techniques (e.g. user journeys, process modelling).
  • Sales Cloud Certification
  • Service Cloud Certification
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop clear systems and training documentation
