My client is a worldwide travel expert, they currently operate in 60 countries, with over 35 offices and more than 10,000 team members, serving over 1.5 million customers annually.
A technical Salesforce Business Analyst is required to support the internal Salesforce team (360 Engagement) spec out all customer requirements. A proven history of successfully extrapolating user requirements and creating user stories that can be used to clearly drive development of configuration. Knowledge of solutions inter-connectivity using REST API's is essential.
