Salesforce Functional Consultant - £60,000 - London

This is a Salesforce Consultant role that represents an excellent opportunity, for the right candidate, to support the growth of our thriving Salesforce practice. You will be a key member of the growing Salesforce team that provide consultancy services to a range of different industries both in Ireland and also further afield. We're looking to speak to Salesforce Consultants with proven experience in solution design and CRM configuration on the salesforce.com platform. Salesforce certification would be a distinct advantage. This is a dynamic, client facing role with a rapidly developing consultancy.

​Key Responsibilities:
  • Business requirements analysis, solution design, technical specification documentation generation
  • Configure and customise Salesforce.com in order to satisfy business goals and appeal to users
  • Salesforce SME to act as a main point of contact for Salesforce.com support
  • Support Clients with query / issue resolution in BAU operations as well as on new Salesforce implementations
  • Delivery of implementation life cycle, from requirements analysis to deployment including project management of signed-off deliverables




​You need to have the following experience
  • 48 months+ Salesforce Admin experience
  • Leading Salesforce implementations, from requirements gathering, through development and delivery
  • Excellent soft skills, comfortable in a client facing capacity - confident and approachable
  • Excellent problem solving skills on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Salesforce app management experience
  • Data Migration and Integration with external systems




Nice to have
  • Administrator certifications (201) / Advanced Administrator (301) / Development (401/501)
  • Any other Salesforce.com certification
  • Previous client facing experience customising the Salesforce.com tool within a large organization or consultancy to suit business needs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders across the business in order to translate requirements into functional solutions
  • Team leadership/management skills
  • Presales experience
  • Project Management certification
