Responsibilities:
  • Identify, mine, and analyze existing business data to create measurement processes that monitor sales and marketing activities.
  • Analyze and present on behaviour of marketing campaigns across all channels, and provide concrete and actionable insights that support fact-based decision making for the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Effectively communicate research findings on sales forecasts, market trends and demands, market profiles, customer profiles, and competitor profiles.
  • Build comprehensive data sets and dashboard reports that highlight revenue drivers, audience behaviour, campaign performance, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate projects within the Marketing and Sales teams to better understand target audiences and inform content, forecasting, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Support the creation of targeted marketing campaigns, and predict the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer sales and market data for use in identifying sales opportunities, prospect targets, new markets, and market conditions affecting product demand(s).
  • Other special projects as required.




What you Bring:
  • A degree or diploma in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years experience as a dedicated Analyst in a marketing or sales environment with experience in data mining and analytics.
  • Experience quantifying, modeling, and mining customer behavior data.
  • Experience in target marketing, database marketing, and customer and marketing analytics.
  • Deep working understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Act-On (or other related Marketing Automation services), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Social media platforms, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional quantitative skills that support accurate measurement of markets and metrics.
  • Exquisite attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to meet multiple competing deadlines, work independently, manage project workflow, and incorporate feedback.
  • Strong presenting, writing, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
