Follow recognized Salesforce support processes and procedures. Display extraordinary time management skills. Troubleshoot extreme technical issues that may involve Apex, AngularJS, and VisualForce. Salesforce Technical Support has both technical ability to resolve technical issues as well as an skill to develop an continuing relationship of trust and dependability with Engineering, Services Teams, and Global Support.
